If you’re a fan of the 80’s like I am, there is no other band like the Pet Shop Boys.
The sound of the 80’s is something isn’t it? So soft, so pure, so delicate and so nostalgic...well, it’s been a while...but still in our souls, minds and ears, we can still hear those great bands performing their great music. One of these bands is the Pet Shop Boys.
They have rleased a lot of great songs during their time (and they still are performing) but if you want the best of their work, this is the album for you.
The lyrics are great. Each song has a tale of its own to tell and it you listen closely you can hear the bands message ans story through them. Songs of love, disappointment, hurting and joy.
These stories are delivered through the great sound of the 80’s with electronic music and some drums...this Pet Shop Boys album is really something else!
When I want to remember my good times in life, when I want to hear and live the 80’s again, I put on this album...this is one of the great bands of the 80’s and with this album you’ll understand why.
Songs that touch your heart like “Rent” and “Love Comes Quickly”, songs about the big money like “Opprotunities”, songs about relationships like “What Have I Done To Deserve This” and “Jealousy”. This album has everything you want. It’s like a great book with atmoshpere and a soundtrack. Pet Shop Boys are one of the most loved bands of all times and they have worked hard to get to that status. You know what? They deserve it! This is the ultimate 80’s album by the best band that could deliver it. There are more bands out there and you sould hear them out as well, but don’t forget this one...or else, how would you really know who dominated the 80’s?
Another teen star from Camp Rock, Demi Lovato shares similar vocals with Miley Cyrus. Her vocals are rather low and is suited for the rock genre, such as "Get Back", "Lala Land" and "Trainwreck".
Another R&B album similar to Chris Brown's Exclusive: The Forever Edition. Clear and energetic vocals presents upbeat catchy tunes such as "Umbrella", "Take A Bow" and "Disturbia".
A great album from the American Idol winner, David Cook. His strong husky vocals brings out the rock melody well, especially songs like "Light On", "Breathe Tonight" and "My Last Request".
An average album suited for chillaxing. The lyrics are narrative with not much depth and the album is not very inspiring. Similar to Ryan Cabrera, it is recommended for listening while enjoying the sunset or walking home.
A great album with songs mostly revolving around romance. It's lyrics are narrative, very expressive and suites her inspiring vocals, especially "Fearless" and "Love Story".
This album is spunky, enjoyable and can be compared to other famous British female bands such as The Sugababes and Girls Aloud. It is also a lively album with great songs such as "If This Is Love" and "Issues".
