the goods. live hard, sell hard

i love jeremy piven.  since way back pcu days.  and he’s about as good as he gets right here.  if anyone remembers that great pcu character, just imagine that guy finally graduates and becomes the worlds greatest used car salesman.  toss in some strippers, a sexy foul mouthed red head, an original smokey and the bandit car and a cameo by will ferrell and blamo!  celluloid gold! this stuff is hilarious.  don’t get me wrong, it’s very profane and suggestive and all those things R rated movies get R rated for.  but it’s funny.  it’s not the hangover funny, but it’s worth seeing for sure. he used a pick up line i’m going to try out.  ya say, how much does a polar bear weigh?  she says, i don’t know.  then i say, enough to break the ice, i’m cal reed. i’ll find this in the blockbuster 3 for twenty rack and purchase it.

So I awaited the release of it on DVD and started watching. BEST INTRO I have seen in a long fucking time. In less than a minute I was laughing hysterically and the crazy intro just kept on going. I could not stop laughing. It was so funny that it actually hurt to laugh after a while, and that was all in less than 10 minutes of watching the movie. Now I will admit that it didn’t hold onto that insane amount of comedy, it defiantly had its moments, but for the most part it calmed down after that. The story was actually interesting. It was not something of the usual cut and paste of Hollywood. Then again it’s an indie film, but even so it was surprisingly good, indie or not. I don’t really want to ruin it because it was very worth...
