Synopsis: Three men, all residents of New York City's 5th Borough - Staten Island, all dream of a brighter future. One is a mobster running a small neighborhood crew. One is a septic tank cleaner. The third is a deaf mute who happens to own a small neighborhood delicatessen. Their path's all cross one day, and the film will then take us to the before and after they meet for each of them. Sort of like crossing Rashomon with Donnie Brasco only without the undercover FBI agent and without any Japanese actors.
